Use a logo and slide numbers to give your presentation a consistent identity and make it easier to refer to individual slides.
Add a logo asset
- Open Branding in the editor.
- Upload the logo assets you want to use.
- Open the slide’s contextual controls and choose a logo from the asset picker.
- Adjust the logo size and position.
Use a transparent logo where possible and choose a version that remains visible against the slide background. If you have primary and secondary versions, select the suitable variant for the slide.
Show slide numbers
In the slide contextual controls, enable Slide number. Choose its position and font size, then check that it does not overlap a logo, image, or footer content.
Positions include top and bottom placements. Review a title slide and a dense content slide before applying the settings widely.
Apply consistently
Use the menu’s apply actions and read the confirmation scope. If a title slide should differ from the rest of the deck, customize that slide separately after applying the shared style.
Your custom logo and SlideAdmin’s service branding are separate. The service branding shown by the app depends on your plan; selecting a custom logo does not by itself change that entitlement.
