SlideAdmin processes Google document content to build presentations and saves service data needed to operate your workflow. The privacy policy provides the full explanation of personal-information handling.
Google document access
When you open a document for a SlideAdmin workflow, the app reads its content, structure, and formatting to generate previews and output. Features that insert AI content, layout content, or imported slide content also write to the destination Google Doc when you request that action.
Generated Google Docs and Google Slides are Google Drive files. Their Google Drive sharing settings determine who can open them.
Saved workflow information
SlideAdmin saves account and service information such as settings, document identifiers and titles, theme information, and source-to-output tracking data. Tracking supports presentation links, sync status, and returning to a document.
Brand assets and theme preview images can also be stored for the features that use them. SlideAdmin should not be described as a service that never stores document-related data.
AI processing
When you run an AI action, your input is sent to the AI provider to generate the response. The current service uses OpenAI for this processing. Review the input before submitting it and follow your organization’s rules for confidential material.
AI processing is a separate action from selecting a theme or adjusting a font.
Billing and support
Stripe processes subscriptions and payment information. SlideAdmin does not store payment card details on its own systems. Information you provide to support is used to respond to your request, so remove sensitive content from screenshots and examples when it is not needed.
For retention, deletion, or organization-specific security questions, consult the privacy policy and contact support. Removing a saved document record is not the same as deleting every category of account data.
