Your plan determines feature access and how many managed Google Slides decks your billing workspace can maintain. Managed presentation capacity counts managed decks, rather than the number of updates you send to them.

Check your current access

Open Account to see your subscription or trial status and Managed presentations usage. Review the pricing page for the current plan comparison.

A trial gives temporary access to eligible features. Account shows the trial state and upgrade options. A completed checkout may require refreshing the app before the new access appears.

Understand what counts

  • Each managed Google Slides deck counts once.
  • Updating that managed deck does not add another capacity slot.
  • Several presentations in one Google Doc can count as several managed decks.
  • Workspace capacity is shared by the applicable billing workspace.
  • Unlinking a deck releases its managed capacity without deleting the file.

For example, three managed decks generated from one Doc use three managed presentation slots. Syncing them again still uses three slots.

If you reach the limit

Check the usage shown in Account. Unlink presentations that no longer need managed updates, or choose a plan with more capacity. Before unlinking, confirm that you no longer need the saved sync connection.

A disabled custom-theme action can be a feature-access restriction even when presentation capacity is available. Check both the plan features and usage before troubleshooting permissions.

If your paid access is missing, confirm the subscription email and signed-in account, then contact support with the relevant details.
